IT Infrastructure Audit in GWP

ITCS conducted an IT audit for Georgian Water and Power (GWP), the leading water supplier in Georgia and the South Caucasus. Based on the results of the comprehensive review of their information technology and systems, ITCS developed a tailored consulting plan. The recommendations for improving IT process management and control were aligned with internationally recognized standards and best practices. This project delivered tangible and productive outcomes for GWP.
